About this course

The PGDBA is a career development program designed for individuals with a graduation background or relevant work experience. It emphasizes leadership development through strategic management and offers a professionally-oriented curriculum. Students will cultivate professionalism by analyzing, synthesizing, and solving complex problems, utilizing their integrated knowledge, understanding, and skills. They will also enhance interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with others, including those in specialist functions within organizations.

The program is approved by AICTE.

Eligiblity

  • Bachelor's degree holder / Graduate in any discipline from a recognised University.
  • International / SAARC Graduate from a recognised/accredited University/Institution.
  • Students who have appeared for final year of examination of their bachelor's degree program and are awaiting results can also apply, subject to successfully completing their bachelor's degree program / graduation within the time period specified by SCDL.

Duration And Validity

  • The duration of the program is two years.
  • The registration period is valid for four academic years.
