Project Management is both an art and a science, aimed at transforming vision into reality and abstract concepts into tangible outcomes. It tackles the challenges of change and transition across the project life cycle, beginning from the recognition of needs, through initiation, planning, implementation, control, and closure in the most efficient manner possible. This program will instruct students in the five fundamental processes of Project Management: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, and Project Closing. Additionally, the curriculum intends to provide an overview of ten knowledge areas that are commonly encountered in nearly all projects. The program is approved by AICTE.
Pre-requisite: It is recommended that applicant/s should have Functional knowledge of HR / Marketing / Financial Management.
